All About Us Video Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions apply to any work done for the Client by the All About US Video.

The Client is under no obligation to offer All About Us Video work; neither is All About Us Video under any obligation to accept work offered by the Client.
All About Us Video will provide service(s) as mutually agreed, confirmed in writing by the Client.

The work will be carried out unsupervised at such times and places as determined by All About Us Video, using their own equipment.
All About Us Video agrees to attend the Client’s or other premises for necessary meetings, the time spent and agreed on reasonable expenses incurred to be reimbursed by the Client.

The Client will reimburse All About Us Video for agreed reasonable expenses over and above usual expenses incurred in the process of production, pre-production and post-production work.

The Client will pay All About Us Video a fee per hour OR per prevision OR an agreed flat fee for the job, plus VAT where applicable.

The completed work will be delivered on or before the date agreed, for the agreed fee, which will be based on the description of the work required and the brief, both supplied by the Client.

If, however, on receipt of the item to be worked on or at an early stage, it becomes apparent that significantly more work is required than had been anticipated in the preliminary discussion/brief, All About Us Video may renegotiate the fee and/or the deadline.

Similarly, if, during the term of All About Us Video work, additional tasks are requested by the Client, All About Us Video may renegotiate the fee and/or the deadline.

If the project is lengthy, All About Us Video may invoice periodically for completed stages.

Any content created by All About Us Video as part of the video-editing/filming/project management process will become the copyright of the All About Us Video unless otherwise agreed.

The nature and content of the work will be kept confidential and not made known to anyone other than the Client and its contractors without prior written permission.

All About Us Video guarantees that any work that he subcontracts on behalf of the Client will be completed to the same standard, schedule and budget and with the same conditions of confidentiality.

Unless agreed otherwise at the outset, 50% of payment will be made on the agreement of terms and the remainder will be paid once the Client receives the completed work.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Client and All About Us Video may keep on record such information (e.g. contact details) as is necessary. Either may view the other’s records to ensure that they are relevant, correct and up to date.

Either the Client or All About Us Video has the right to terminate a contract for services if there is a serious breach of its terms.

All About Us Video may use the Client’s name in his promotional material.

All About Us Video produces raw video footage, stock video, stock photography and recorded interview footage for clients and for our own marketing purposes. We require written permission to use the aforementioned elements from individuals, companies, organisations and third parties.

Without our permission and copyright release we strictly prohibit raw video footage, stock video, stock photography and all recorded interview footage for personal or professional use. To use any of our intellectual property you can contact ‘All About Us Video’ for prices and conditions of use.
